Find of the Month: Tickled Pink Paper & Ink

So it’s October. Mind-blowing. That means we are getting closer and closer to the holiday season (and honestly, I’ve been at work pulling together another amazing of holiday gift ideas since July). With that, I’ve been investigating some cool sources for greeting cards and the like, and that actually brought me to this month’s appropriately timed ‘Find': Tickled Pink Paper & Ink, a design studio and greeting card company based in Portland, Oregon and created by Teresa Diepenbrock.

Tickled Pink Birthday CollectionI feel like I’m oversimplifying things here though, so let’s back things up a few notches. Tickled Pink (as I’ll be calling it for the sake of my poor typing fingers) was initially conceived as a custom design shop, specializing in creating unified sets for the likes of weddings and birthdays and special events. Recently however, the brand has expanded to offer a pretty robust line of products to make any occasion special.

Tickled Pink Greeting CardsFirst up, Tickled Pink now carries a pretty expansive line of cheerful, whimsical greeting cards, for $4.50 a pop. These beautiful cards were recently launched from the brand and have already been hot sellers, covering all sorts of special occasions – from celebrating an engagement to a special birthday to Easter to weddings. If you’re new to the brand, as I imagine many of you are, I recommend starting here to get a taste of Teresa’s beautiful, jubilant style – while she does plenty of custom work, if you love her general style here you’ll see it’s a throughline in everything she does.

Tickled Pink StampsWhat goes perfectly with cards and letters you ask? Well stamps, naturally. Tickled Pink also carries three lines of rubber stamps. The first are the ‘Art Stamps‘ above, which range in price from $12-$17 and can be used to give any gift or greeting card or letter a little personal touch. As an awesome housewarming gift, Tickled Pink also custom designs Address Stamps, so you no longer have to manually spell out your details (particularly useful come the holidays). Finally, as part of the brand’s extensive wedding lineup, they’ll also custom design a Save the Date or Wedding stamp, which can be used to send along the key details (or say thank you) in a simple yet artistic way.

Tickled Pink Wedding SuiteTo that end, yes, custom wedding design invitations are available. Tickled Pink does offer a small line-up of ready-to-go invite suites (just fill in the details) – but if you have a certain theme or colours in mind, give ‘em a ring or email at least six months before the big day to discuss how to bring Teresa’s splendid style into your event. An invite package like the one above goes for about $20 per; and the results are totally breathtakingly worth it! You can also work with the brand to custom design other elements for your event – from placecards to menus to programs and more.

Tickled Pink Love Is SweetAs you probably noted at the top of this post, the line really isn’t limited to just typical paperie products. One thing I admire is the way certain collections are rooted in one element – like say, the bridal shower invite above ($35 for 20 cards) – and then applied to other cute matching details, like a pretty bunting banner ($25) or some vibrant printed balloons ($10).

Tickled Pink Holiday Gift TagsTo my original point at the top of this post, Tickled Pink does indeed have holiday greeting cards and gift cards as part of their line-up – all in that same spirited, hand-drawn style. The cards are sold individually at $4.50 a pop, while the gift tags are $6 for 10 and come with their own twine to attach to your pressies.

Tickled Pink boothAltogether I’m just happy to have had the chance to share this fun, bright, happy brand with you all – it puts a smile on my face and I’m sure it will for you as well. Tickled Pink Paper & Ink will gladly work with Canadian clientele on customizing your next stationery or invitation project, and they do ship their retail line to Canada as well for a flat rate of $21.

As an extra special treat for all of you readers, I’m giving away an awesome prize package so you can bring a little Tickled Pink into your life. One lucky winner will score 6 greeting cards from the Tickled Pink line, as well as a $125 custom design credit so you can whip up something extra special say, for your housewarming, a shower you’re hosting, your child’s birthday party – or whatever you can dream up!
